The Future of Remote Work

We are in the midst of a job market for technical talent that is more competitive than any we’ve seen in recent memory. In order to stave off their competition, companies can no longer rely on the recruitment and retention methods that have been effective for them in the past.

This session will uncover the most important technologies enabling companies to evolve their strategies for winning the talent war, while ensuring that their most valuable employees are provided the career development opportunities necessary to keep them around for the long haul.

What is the Future of Work?

Over the last two years, we’ve witnessed several workplace trends like the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting. Each of these is deeply tied to workplace culture. While recent data suggests the labor market is evening out, what is the future of work? On October 27th, I was part of a live panel of experts who discussed trends related to workplace culture. We aimed to provide actionable strategies and resources to support your efforts to create equitable and inclusive work and learning environments.

2022 Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit

Creating a Sense of Belonging in the Workplace -

With the recent social justice movements in response to issues of racially and ethnically motivated violence and discrimination, companies are focused on developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. However, where does belonging fit into this equation? Belonging is defined as a sense of security and support felt when someone is seen, included, and accepted for who they are. Employees who feel a sense of belonging are more engaged which can positively affect an organization’s and individual’s success. So, what can leaders do to create a culture that supports employees to “be themselves” and fully contribute to an organization? This session will explore and provide examples of practical ways leaders can create an environment of belonging through their behaviors and actions. Attendees will leave with ideas and approaches they can use within their organizations.
